Busy Bee

We use traditional mop and squeegees for most work. Some jobs we may utilize some specialized high interior cleaning tools. On many bigger commercial locations or homes, the outside will be cleaned with the water fed pole system. This uses pure water to clean the windows and leave a spot free shine!

If the rain is light, we can still clean. If the weather is hazardous or very hard rain, we will clean it the next available time that day or another. If it is going to rain later in the day, and you are worried about it messing up the cleanliness of your windows, have no fear. Rain is pure water also, so homes usually won’t have any issues after rain. Businesses usually won’t either, except for some instances where dirt is washed from a higher source and landing on the glass.

We are right in line with the properly priced competition. There will always be someone starting out cheaper to get business quick. But then when they are busy, you won’t see them for a while. We strive to keep prices to where they are fair for the both of us.

If we are cleaning outside only, and there is no obstruction to the windows, no you do not. If we need to be let inside to clean or remove screens, you will need to make arrangements so that we can be let in. As trust is built, some choose to leave a door open, or give us a garage door code. Of course, the decision is yours. If you will be gone during the entire service, payment arrangements will need to be made in advance.
